Typically, many church planters obtain a solid degree from a university, bible college, or seminary in preparation to be a pastor and leader of a church. But many future church planters lack the specific training needed to know what it takes to plant a church. TCPN wants to create environments where future church planters can receive very specific training from experienced pastors and leaders who not only have a solid degree, but have planted a thriving church from the ground up. It’s critical to know the details of “How-To” plant a church. TCPN will offer future church planters the knowledge and a platform to successfully launch a new church.
Intensive Training
TCPN offers a 2 day “Intensive Training” that is designed to give future church planters a learning environment where they can think and learn some of the critical elements of church planting. The training will be led by experienced and seasoned church planters who have come together to teach future church planters the wisdom they have learned in planting a church. The “Intensive Training” would be comparable to a 2 day modular or boot camp in which the participants will be taught and challenged with what TCPN considers to be some of the most critical elements in church planting.

Extensive Training
TCPN offers an “Extensive Training” program that is spread out over the course of 6 months (once day per month). Having an extensive training will allow future church planters the opportunity to process what they are learning, ask many questions, and meet with experienced church planters about what they are learning.
